We make it easy for you to get the perfect glasses! If you didn’t get it right the first time around, you can return your item for a refund or an exchange. The returns deadline is 15 working days from the date you receive your glasses For refunds only, the return fee of £5.90 will be deducted from the amount of your original order. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the order. In this section we tell you how the return is made:

How do I return my order at

STEP ONE: Download the return form, print and fill it out. Put the completed returns form in the box that you received with your order along with the glasses and all its accessories. You must protect it properly so that it doesn't get damaged during shipping.


STEP TWO: Contact the agency by sending a WhatsApp at 697 184 461 or by sending an email to Request a pickup and they will go for the package. Don't forget to put the shipping address:

STEP THREE: All parts of the package will be inspected before any refunds/ replacements are made. Once it passes inspection, a refund (or replacement) will be made using the same payment method that the glasses were bought in up to 5 working days. We will deduct the £5.90 returns fee when processing the refund.
