Returns

You're in luck! We have extended the returns period so you will have up until 1st February 2018* to return your items. 

Returns can be made in 3 simple steps and is totally free!

We will make the arrangements for a DHL courier to pick up the package: Monday - Friday, morning hours (9am- 2pm) OR afternoon hours (2pm-5pm)**

1- Tell us the day and time (morning or afternoon) you want your item collected (same day request cannot be made). Please use your order number as reference.

2- Print the form and secure the item(s) exactly as you received it in its full package. Download here.

3- You will receive a confirmation email*** from DHL as soon as possible along with their instructions. The courier will collect the package and send it back to us at no extra cost to you.

Alternatively, you are able to drop the package to your local DHL service point. Should you choose this option, you must let us know as we will need to ask DHL for the returns label. To find a DHL service point near you, click here

NOTE: All parts of the package will be inspected before any refunds/ replacements are made, so we ask you to ensure that it is returned exactly as you received it. Once it passes inspection, a refund (or exchange) will be made using the same payment method that the glasses were bought within a few working days.
