We hope you do not have to, but if necessary, you can always send your glasses back using our free returns service. You have 30 days to return your glasses from the day you receive them. In this section we tell how:

How do I return my item at

1 - Fill out the returns form that came with the order and request the return of the order. If you did not receive this or have lost it, you can print it (and fill it out) from this section. Put the completed returns form in the box that you received with your order along with the glasses and all its accessories. You must protect it properly so that it does not get damaged during shipping.


2 - Courier collection or Service Point Drop off?

Courier Collection - We will make the arrangements for a DHL courier to pick up the package: Monday - Friday, morning hours (9am- 2pm) OR afternoon hours (2pm-5pm)*

Using any one of our contact details, tell us the day and time time slot you want your item collected (same day request cannot be made). Please use your order number as reference.

DHL Service Point - Drop your package at a DHL service point. Should you choose this option, you must let us know so the correct return labels are sent to you. To find a DHL service point near you, click here.

3 - You will be sent a confirmation email** from DHL as soon as possible along with their instructions.

NOTE: All parts of the package will be inspected before any refunds/ replacements are made. Once it passes inspection, a refund (or replacement) will be made using the same payment method that the glasses were bought in up to 5 working days.

How to make a exchange my glasses at

You will need to make a new order for any other glasses that you want as we only do exact as item exchanges.

How to change the size of the glasses I ordered?

You will need to make a new order if you wish to change the size of the glasses.

How will I know that my package has been returned to you?
