Do you need to process a return under warranty? All our sunglasses are 100% original and from manufacturers / official suppliers. is an authorised distributor of all its brands and with this you will have a 2 year warranty in all cases.

What does guarantee?

All glasses from have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects, but the misuse of them is not covered, including scratches, overexposure to the sun, among other incidents. We will ask for photos of the glasses that you wish to return.

How to process a return under warranty at

1 - Tell us how you want to return the glasses, you have 2 options:

Courier Collection - A GLS courier will pick up the package: Monday - Friday, morning hours (9am- 2pm) OR afternoon hours (2pm-5pm)*

Using any one of our contact details, let us know the day and time time slot you want your item collected (same day request cannot be made). Please use your order number as reference.

2 - Print and fill in the form. Insert it in the box in which you received your order along with the glasses and all its accessories. You must protect it properly so that it does not get damaged during shipping.


3 - Once we receive the product we will process the guarantee with the manufacturer and we will give you the best solution: replacement of parts, replacement of the glasses or discount code in the amount of the original payment, if the product has been discontinued.
