What does the calibre mean on glasses?

The calibre is the width of the lens in millimetres & is the size of the glasses.

What are polarised lenses?

They are lenses with a special treatment that reduces the intense brightness and glares from the sun.

How do I know if the glasses are polarised?

This is specified in the description of the glasses.

What are Flash lenses?

Flash lenses are the latest in sunglasses and you can find them in the Ray Ban brand and in Carrera. They are characterised by having a more subdued mirror and so your eyes can partially be seen.

Do the sunglasses come with the original case?

Yes, all our sunglasses incorporate the original case with cleaning cloth or microfibre bag and the manufacturer's booklet In addition. Depending on the brand and the model, you will also receive an authenticity certificate.

How long does it take to receive the order?

All item are sent out for a next working day delivery. Please see our delivery conditions for further information.

Can I choose next day delivery?

If the glasses are in stock, they are automatically sent out for a next day delivery. If the glasses are part of the up to 10 working day delivery, there is no option for a faster delivery time.

Do you deliver to my country?

We currently only deliver to the mainlands of the UK & Northern Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany.

Do I have to pay for returns?

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 15 days to return your item from the day you receive the package. Go to our returns conditions for further information.

Why haven't I received my tracking number?

If you login to your account and the status of your order is "Processing" it is likely that the manufacturer has not sent the product to us yet. Some glasses models are "Available" but not with a 24 hour delivery. The delivery time ranges between 7 - 10 working days.

Why does GLS say that my glasses will take longer than 24 hours to deliver?

All of our items in stock are sent out for a next working day delivery. In most cases GLS will update the delivery time and you will receive it the next working day, in line with our delivery conditions.

What has happened to my order? I have been waiting for more than 10 working days.

On occasions, some orders may take more than 10 working days. This can happen for two reasons: a delivery delay from the manufacturer or because the product is in the manufacturing process. Don't not worry we will contact you as soon as possible regarding any problems with your order.

How do I cancel my order?

The procedure to cancel your order at is very simple: You only have to contact us by e-mail, Whatsapp, live chat or telephone, provide your order number and name and we will cancel it.

However, if you cancel the order after it has been shipped, you will be charged the return fee.

I'm having problems with my payment. What shall I do?

How do I know that the order was successful?

When you place the order, you always receive a confirmation email with the product you have selected and your contact information. Look in your junk mail if you can not find it in your Inbox. If it is still not found, contact us to verify the order.

I have set up an account, but when I enter my email address it gives me an error, what should I do?

Make sure there that is no space in the field at the beginning and end of the e-mail address.

When I setup my account, I entered my email incorrectly, what should I do?

The database of the e-mail addresses can not be modified, so you will not receive the automatic order confirmation e-mail. Do not worry, as long as the postal address is correct your order will arrive normally.

Can I change the my delivery address?

Yes, please send us an email before the order is sent out. If it is urgent, we would suggest that you follow up with a telephone call.

What happens if I open a dispute in PayPal?

Withsunglasses would like our customers to use all available means in order to resolve issues directly with us before opening a dispute. When the customer opens a dispute, the payment is blocked and the order will be cancelled immediately. Note that you may not receive funds that have been blocked immediately, which is why we encourage you to exhaust all possible ways before opening a dispute in PayPal.
