If the status of the products reads;

"Delivery” you will receive your item(s) within 24/48 business hours.

"Available” you will receive your item in up to 10 business days.

Look out for the 24h delivery symbol and any 'important' messages stating which size can be delivered in 24 hours.

Place you order by 3pm and we will send your item out for a next (working) day delivery. When an order is made after 3pm, on a weekend or on public holidays, it will be processed the next business day.

The cost of the delivery is free.

At the moment we only deliver to the UK (mainland) & Northern Ireland, Spain, France, Portugal, Italy & Germany. To find out the status of your order, you can log into My Account using your log in details. All shipments are made through DHL. If the shipping address provided by the customer, is incorrect and leads to the return of the product, the cost of the return shall be paid by the customer.

Send us e-mail if you have any problems. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

If you order multiple glasses and one of the glasses is not available in 24h, we will send this entire package together in 1-10 working days.

Our aim is to provide you with a simple and efficient service. However, on occasions situations will arise that fall outside of our control where we are unable to deliver the item to you. We will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative pair of sunglasses or advise that we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
