Are your designer sunglasses genuine?
Yes! All of our products are brand new and 100% authentic. We only order from official suppliers so there is no doubt of their authenticity. 

Do they come in the original case?
Yes, all sunglasses come in their original case with a suede lens cleaner and the manufacturer's booklet.

Do the glasses come with a guarantee/ warranty? 
They come with a 2 year warranty. If you are not satisfied with our product, we offer a money back guarantee.  

What are polarised glasses? 

They are lenses with a special treatment that reduces glare and flashes of different reflexes.

How do I know if the glasses are polarised?

This is specified in the description of the glasses

When will my glasses arrive? 
If your choosen glasses have a 24hr symbol, the delivery time is 24/48 working hours. If there is no symbol, it's up to 10 working days, as we have to order your item from the manufacturer.

Can I choose next day delivery?

If the glasses are in stock, they are automatically sent out for a next day delivery. If the glasses are part of the up to 10 working day delivery, there is no option for a faster delivery time.

What size are the sunglasses measured in? 
The diameter of the lens is in mm, just like the size of the glasses.

How do I choose my size?

Why does DHL say that my glasses will take longer than 24 hours to deliver? 

Please remember that we have a 24/48 hour delivery time, but in most cases DHL will update their delivery time and you will receive it the next working day, in line with our delivery conditions.

What if I want to change the size of my sunglasses? 

You have to return the item in the original package, make a new order and select the new size. See our return conditions

Are you available during the weekends and national holidays?

No, at the moment we are only open during the standard working days:

Monday- Friday:  8am-3pm.

Can I change the address of my delivery? 
Yes, from ‘My Account’ on our website or by telephone and email.

Is there a cost for returns? 
No, all returns are totally free.

What is the time frame for returns?

You have 30 days to return the glasses without any further cost to you or explanation.
